CoCounsel administrators can create customizable AI policy banners to inform users about AI usage terms. Banners can be Informational, appearing once a day as a passive notice, or Acknowledgment required, which blocks access to CoCounsel until users confirm they've read the terms. Users can dismiss the banner once it is seen or acknowledged.
