Starting January 21, UltraTax will offer a new in-product support experience—fast, AI-powered answers without leaving the application.
What's changing
A new “Ask a question” experience in Help: when you click the (?) icon, you'll be able to type your question in the AI-powered search to get answers immediately.
Help is easier to access while you work: the (?) icon is your entry point to support from anywhere in the product.
Access to a live agent right within your workflow.
Why it matters:
A broader range of help content right where you're working—so you can resolve common questions faster.
What to do next:
When you need help, click the question-mark(?) in UltraTax and try the AI-powered search first. If you still need us, choose chat.
